Nazira Bou Nassif ships to most countries around the world. Shipping costs and delivery may vary per country.
Shipping times are approximate and may take longer during busy periods. We aim to fulfil all orders within 24–48 hours.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Belgium.

  • Belgium: 1–3 working days

  • EU: 2–7 working days

  • Rest of the World: 4–10 working days

For shipments to non-EU countries the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes. Payment is necessary to release the order from customs on arrival.

Please note that Nazira Bou Nassif is unable to advise the amount this may be. The shipping company will contact the customer once the purchase arrives in customs to inform them about the amount of additional costs. Please note that if customers choose not to pay the import taxes, Nazira Bou Nassif reserves the right to charge the customer for incurred costs.


Shipping Rates

European Union (EU Customs Union)

We offer free shipping on all EU orders above €100 (order value after discounts, including VAT).

For orders below €100:

Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg)

€5 flat rate

Rest of the EU (all other EU customs-union countries)

€10 flat rate

Non-EU Europe

United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland

€20 flat rate

Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are not included and must be paid by the customer upon arrival.

Rest of the World

Shipping costs for all other countries are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
Customs duties, taxes and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

We ship all orders with tracking.
If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Report this immediately to the courier on delivery.
  • Take clear photos of the box, shipping label and damage.

Nazira Bou Nassif is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels, but we will always help communicate with the carrier if needed.

Duties and Taxes to Non-EU Countries

For shipments to non-EU countries the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes. Payment is necessary to release the order from customs on arrival.

Returns and Refunds

Nazira Bou Nassif accepts returns, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.

The customer is responsible for sending back the parcel and covering return shipping costs and all other expenses. Please note that for all orders from outside the European Union, any import taxes and duties that may occur are for the customer’s own expense.

Nazira Bou Nassif will refund the full amount of the returned item(s) as long as they comply with the return standards below.

  • The item(s) should be returned new, unused, in the original packaging and with all Nazira Bou Nassif tags.

  • Returns that have been worn, stained, damaged, washed or altered will not be accepted, and may be sent back at the customer’s expense.

  • You may try the item in the way you would in a shop without causing any deterioration. If the item(s) are used in any other way than described above, we consider the item(s) as used and you may lose your right of return partially or completely.

For all orders within the EU: To request a return, please register your return via our website and follow the steps in our return process.

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different product, we offer free shipping on your new order within the EU. Please email us at info@nazirabounassif.com to receive your free shipping code, which you can then use when placing a new order. We kindly ask you to return the initial item by following the return process above.

For all orders outside of the EU: To request a return, please register your return via our website. Upon receiving your request, our customer care team will contact you via email to share a return label, return instructions, and the return costs, which will be deducted from your refund. Please kindly note that the return shipment fees to our warehouse in Belgium are at your own cost. The actual return costs vary depending on the country and weight of the parcel. Our customer care team will calculate and disclose these costs when sharing the return label.

Please make sure to clearly state “RETURN” on the box when sending items back, and stick the return label over the original shipment label.

As soon as we have received the return, the item(s) will go through a quality control check. Once the return has been accepted, all successfully returned items will be credited to the payment card used to originally purchase the item(s). The original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive an e-mail notification once the refund has been initiated.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
